Domestic Shipping -United States 

ArtistiKIDly Me As I Am is happy to offer domestic shipping services for a flat rate of $0. IT'S FREE to each state within the United States with USPS!!!! Please allow 10-20 business days for processing, handling, and shipping of your order. However, we strive for customers to receive their orders sooner. Our shipping information is subject to change at any time, however, the most updated information will be on this page!

Note: Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

International Shipping:

aKIDme is not offering products for international shipping at this time. However, if you are interested in our products and you live outside the U.S., simply email us at artistikidly@gmail.com to let us know that you are interested in international shipping for your area!

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen, we will try our best to help, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • At this time, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective.  The item that you wish to exchange should be returned scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your original package slip and/or invoice with the return.  This EXCLUDES all soaps, lotions, bath products, candles, teas, food items, pet items, and beard oil/accessories. THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  •  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Exchanges must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

 

If an item is sent back past the return policy period, it may not be accepted for exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

All sale items are non-returnable.All items previously worn, washed, or scented, beard oil/accessories, and consumables.

Defective Items:

We want you to be 110% excited about your aKIDme purchase. If any item you receive is defective upon delivery, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted.
